• Roadmap location and shape are decided (RAG018): GitHub-native, no generated artifact. Open Features/Stories are attached to the A1–A8 Milestones and carry a Horizon (Now/Next/Later); group the Project board by Horizon for the now/next glance or by Milestone for the deliverable breakdown.
